Taking green leaves of basil helps to get rid of many seasonal diseases like cold, cough, cold, fever, children's asthma, headache. Drinking tea prepared from basil leaves, ginger and black pepper is beneficial in cough and cold. Eating five basil leaves daily during the rainy season helps to prevent problems like seasonal fever and colds.

Take four parts basil leaves, two parts cinnamon, two parts dry ginger and one part Krishna. Make a thick powder from them and make a 3-gram T-bag or 500 milligram powder tablets. Dissolve it in 150 ml of boiled water and drink it once or twice a day like tea.


5) VITAMIN D

 You get vitamin D every morning after sunrise for a while through the rays emanating from the sun. Sun is considered to be the most potent source of Vitamin D.
